1. Membership Suspension, Postponement & Cancellation
Membership days cannot be split. Members may postpone their membership for one full month and suspend their membership once every three months. No refunds will be issued for partially used memberships. Cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours of payment, subject to deduction of the training days used and applicable website processing fees. Postponement must be used within a maximum period of three months.
2. Participant Health & Fitness
I confirm that the participant is free from any medical conditions that may be affected by physical activity and accept responsibility for ensuring that the participant is in good health. The Academy and its management are not responsible or obligated to provide medical advice regarding the participant's health or physical ability.
3. Sports Injuries
I agree to bear the costs of any sports-related injuries and acknowledge that the Academy shall not be liable for any related compensation or expenses.
4. Compliance with Regulations
I agree to comply with all applicable precautionary measures, regulations, and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Academy shall not be held responsible for any violations committed by me or the participant.
5. Behavioral & Registration Violations
In the event of any behavioral or ethical violation, or if inaccurate information is provided during registration, including the participant's name or age, the membership may be cancelled without a refund.
6. Transportation Services
The Academy shall not bear any financial responsibility or provide compensation regarding transportation. Transportation is an optional service requested by me and is provided by the Academy through an independent third-party transportation provider.
7. Photography & Video Usage
The Academy's management may use photographs or video footage captured during training sessions in an appropriate and reasonable manner for professional and marketing purposes.
8. Damage to Academy Property
Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused to the Academy's facilities or training equipment as a result of improper use.
9. Personal Injury, Death & Property Loss
The Academy's management shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property that may be incurred by the participant.
10. Training Kit
The training kit is provided free of charge once every four months and is not included with every membership renewal.
11. Schedule Changes
The Academy's management reserves the right to modify training schedules at any time during the month or prior to the start of a training period due to changes in booking schedules or summer and winter time adjustments.
12. Release of Liability
By completing the payment process, I release the Academy and its employees from any liability arising from my child's participation in any activity.
13. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
I confirm that I have read and understood all the above terms and conditions before completing the payment process and agree to comply with them.
14. Amendments to Terms & Regulations
The Academy's management reserves the right to amend its rules, regulations, and terms of enrollment at any time.
